The owners of ComPass Solutions Inc. spent 3.5 years in Cebu, Philippines building the call center company, hiring the right people, and training them to take incredible care of our customers. We do not sub contract any call center work to another company or anyone who is not working inside our production facility. After their time abroad, the owners settled in Bend, Oregon.

We are careful to never “bite off more than we can chew”. We will never accept a call center or telemarketing account or project unless we are sure we have the qualified manpower available to provide the highest level of service. Many call centers will accept an account, then go out and hire “live bodies” to fill the positions.
